Mission Accomplished

I felt like a million dollars (actually $3.65 million!) as my team and I took off from Kelowna on Wednesday afternoon following the hugely successful auction of La Sommita, a spectacular Tuscan-style mansion perched high atop Vineyard Estates in West Kelowna.

With its commanding lake views overlooking Mission Hills and Quail’s Gate wineries, this home was successfully marketed in a relatively short time (three months) by The Garage Sale Luxury Auction House, a company that specializes in selling only the finest executive homes by auction.

I was honoured to participate in this sale as the auctioneer and I truly enjoyed rising to the challenge, especially given that in the past 26 years I’ve specialized exclusively in fundraising auctioneering.

Always nice to shake things up and try something new!
