The key to a successful Christmas cookie, cake, or for that matter, a corporate party, is the same…use only the finest ingredients! And that is why for the past 14 years we have relied exclusively on Elizabethan Catering to provide the festive meal for our Danny Hooper Classic Country Christmas Parties at Fort Edmonton Park.
Chef Steven Marsh and his lovely wife Elizabeth have always exceeded our expectations and, just as importantly, provided the biggest bang for our buck. Roast Tom turkey, baked Virginia ham, poached salmon, Swedish meatballs, peroghies, cabbage rolls, and of course, Chef Steven’s famous flaming Christmas pudding have long been (and will continue to be) the Gold Standard at our parties. I’m convinced the delicious food is a key reason why so
many companies return year after year.
We are excited to announce that Chef Steven and crew will be joining us as we move our 15th Annual Christmas Parties (Dec. 4 & 5, 2015) to the spectacular Enjoy Centre, conveniently located just off the Anthony Henday Freeway. We are currently busy rebranding and refreshing this must-attend event, and look forward to sharing some exciting announcements in the next few weeks.
